Rosacea

What is Rosacea?

Rosacea is a very common and chronic skin condition which commonly appears as redness on the face and/or body, especially in the center of the face. The small red vessels are more obvious around the nose, on the cheeks, forehead, neck, chest, and body. Some people experience swelling and acne-like break out which can be wrongly diagnosed as acne, eczema, or allergy. Rosacea without proper treatment might lead to skin thickness, bumpiness, consistent redness, or changes in the color of the skin. An uncured chronic Rosacea may cause issues with the eyes such as itching, redness, and swelling of the eyelids.
